OUR PEOPLE
CPC is an inviting, caring and growing congregation in the West Valley that ministers not only to our community but also to each other. It is a diverse congregation, a family of faith, committed to loving God with all our heart, mind, and strength through our ministries of worship, education, and service.

OUR HISTORY
In its nearly 50 years, CPC has shared God's Word with many valley residents. CPC set out on its own journey of faith in 2002 as plans for the construction of our new worship center began with a completion date of December 2007.

OUR VISION
In order to know Christ and make Christ known, we will be a faithful community led by the Holy Spirit to disciple, support, and nurture all people.

OUR MISSION
We will be a church Of God's people, by God's people, and for God's people.

OUR CHURCH
We will be a growing tapestry of God's people.

OUR FOUNDATION
We believe in the sovereignty of God, the authority of the scripture, justification by grace through faith and the priesthood of all believers. Our knowledge of God and God's purpose for humanity comes from the Bible, particularly what is revealed in the New Testament through the life of Jesus Christ. Our salvation through Jesus is God's generous gift to us and not the result of our own accomplishments. It is everyone's job - ministers and lay people alike - to share this Good News with the whole world to make a positive impact in this generation and those to come.
